I met the man responsible for this today during a friendly Craigslist deal, and we were talking computer/web/software-industry shop briefly, which is when he told me about his web service, CollageWall.  It’s way cool.  In fact, I had recently taken the first steps towards a livingroom wall project and had truly wished for a service like this. Basically you can upload your photos to the webapp, and it makes it easy to arrange and figure out your proper grid and sizes.  Then when completed, he sends you a kit that helps you easily get your project onto the wall neat and clean, complete with grid guides and printed photos.

I’m going to give it a try and will report my results at some point, but I’m definitely excited already just by the artistic and business concept alone.
