Duuude.  This wine is great (Primitivo), had it out at a buddy’s bachelor party recently and everyone was appreciative.  It’s Italian and you can taste a smidge of that Italian, high-tannin kind of vibe in there but it’s so, so much mellower than most Italians, really more resembles a crafted Nor Cal Zin, super fruity and tasty.  I just found it for a great price of $12.99 at the SF Costco (don’t ask me why I was there… god I hate that place).  But jeebus, that’s a great deal for this excellent, delicious wine, and I haven’t seen it anywhere else yet.  If you find yourself in there for some god forsaken reason, at least make something out of the humiliation by picking up 3 or 10 bottles of this stuff.  I got 4, and may very well go back for more before they’re out.
